Rules

1. According to the Portuguese law 63/2017, from 03/08, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. In a case which the breaking of the above said law is detected, not only will local authorities be called in order to write the corresponding fine, but you will also be charged the equivalent amount of a days' stay, a minimum of € 55,00, which will be used for cleaning the space

2. Any dispute, argument, physical and/or verbal aggression occurring between guests is considered good reason for immediate removal from the property.

3. The permanent stay of a higher number of guests than what was contracted in the ac-commodation service is not allowed. The maximum capacity of the accommodation must always be respected.

4. The objects, furniture, clothing and utensils which are property of the lodging, are trusted to the guests for comfort and well being. Compensation of the full price of the item will be charged in case of any damage, destruction or theft.

5. Any food, objects, products, among others, purchased by guests while they are lodged at the property must be removed at the end of the stay, or these will be considered the landlords' property or destroyed

6. It is not allowed the use of mattresses or pillows without the corresponding covers or cases.

7. The cost of cleaning extreme or visibly inappropriate stains, such as blood, wine, food, or others, will be charged to the offender guest.

8. It is not allowed to leave any wet or damp clothing on top of furniture as this might cause damage.

9. Upon leaving the property make sure all water taps are closed, all lights are out and air conditioning devices are off.

10. During the stay, guests should remove the trash and deposit it in the appropriate containers (see map in the "maps" section).
