Rules
Please, be kind
Please, respect everyone.
A beautiful thing is never perfect. 😊
When sharing a house with other guests in an environment that is intended to be as familiar as possible, it is necessary that each person scrupulously respect the rules of the house so that the living is pleasant
There are different philosophies of life, so it is necessary to have a set of rules that make the conviviality pleasant for all guests.
The rooms are private, but there are common areas such as the living room, kitchen and backyard. In these common spaces, it is essential to pay attention to the rules.
Below is a list of fundamental rules, which we ask for your attention:
Access and stay at the accommodation is reserved for registered guests.
It is forbidden to host people in the room beyond the limit allowed by the type of accommodation and contract
Access by people invited by a registered guest is limited to a maximum of 1 person, and for a limited period of 1 hour per day.
A person invited by the guest is not allowed to use the common areas and equipment’s from the houses.
The registered guest is responsible for compliance with the rules by all persons who accompany and remain in the property.
NOISE LEVEL AND PERIODS OF SILENCE
The building dates back to 1941, and we did our best to maintain original elements such as the wooden floor and doors .
Maintaining the charm of the house implied having lower sound insulation, so we ask for special care with noise levels.
Out of respect and understanding for all guests and neighbors, special attention is required to silence in private and common areas - most of our guests come to rest.
Parties, private or public celebrations are strictly prohibited on the property.
Any use of sound equipment is prohibited
It is forbidden to use equipment that in any way may interfere with the tranquility of the other guests.
During the night and early morning (9:00 pm - 9:30 am), avoid:
-Speak loud
-listen to television with loud sound
-allow children to run or jump around the house
-allow children to throw toys and other objects on the floor
If you need to check-in / check-out during the night, please avoid:
-Roll your bags across the wooden floor
-Making noise on the building's shared areas
-Carelessly and loudly closing the doors
USE OF SHARED AREAS
It is not allowed to change the arrangement of the furniture.
The common areas of the property are for the joint use of guests who are staying, so guests are asked to contribute to keeping them tidy and organized.
The utensils in the common parts of the property are for the use and convenience of all guests. After each use, they should be cleaned and tidied in the same way and location as they were found.
It is strictly forbidden to leave personal items in common spaces.
USE OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS
The use of kitchen equipment and utensils has well-defined rules in order to keep this space organized, sanitized, and ready for use by all guests.
Although there is a daily cleaning service in this area, it would not be feasible to have a cleaning service provided by the accommodation that acts whenever a guest makes use of the equipment and utensils, so we ask you to comply with this small set of rules:
-Whenever using dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery, please put them in the dishwasher immediately. If the machine is already full, please wash it manually and let it dry on one of the drying racks available.
-Please never leave dirty dishes on the countertop or in the sink. It is unpleasant for other guests who want to use the countertop or the sink.
-Do not start the machine yourself. This responsibility lies with the management of the accommodation.
-Whenever using large utensils (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), please wash them immediately and let them dry on one of the drying racks on the countertop. It may be necessary for another guest, and it is unpleasant for other guests who want to use the countertop or the sink to find the countertop with dirty dishes.
-The use of the oven implies that the guest must be present in the kitchen or in the living room and attentive to the equipment. Please do not leave pots in the oven while you are in your room or out of the house.
-The use of pots, pans, and dishes to store food is prohibited because it prevents the use of these utensils by other guests.
LOCKERS AND REFRIGERATOR
In the kitchen, there is a locker with defined compartments for each of the rooms. In the fridge, shelves are defined for use in each of the rooms.
The spaces are numbered according to the number of each room. Please use only the lockers and spaces corresponding to your room.
Lockers at guests' disposal can be locked with small padlocks for this purpose. Padlocks are not provided by the accommodation and must be removed at check-out. Please note that for this type of locker small padlocks are required (preferably with steel cable)
Food, objects and guest products must be removed at check-out. Food that remains in the accommodation after check-out, unfortunately, will be placed in the garbage because it is not possible to store these products after the guests leave.
The administration is not responsible for guest products stored in the refrigerator or lockers.
